RATES
Short Term Rates: (less than 1 month)
Prices - $150 a night.  If more than 3 people stay at the apartment, there is an extra charge of $20 per extra guest, per night.  For example, for 4 guests it would be $170 per night.  1 week minimum.

A deposit is required in order to secure your booking.  The deposit is 1 month's rent.  If the tenant is renting for less than 1 month, the deposit is equal to the rental amount.  The deposit is returned in full to the tenant after they leave, so long as there are no damages aside from regular wear and tear.  A standard NY State sublet contract is signed which states all of the above.

Long Term Rates: (1 month or more)
$3500 per month
$3300 per month for 6 months or more

Utilities such as wifi, cable, heat, hot water are included in these prices.  Electricity is covered up to $50 a month.

This is the view as you enter the apartment. The hardwood floors are brand new and in immaculate condition.

First Bedroom

The first bedroom, to the right from the entryway can be used as a bedroom or office. A full futon couch serves as bed or office couch. Enjoy the antique kidney shaped desk and original artwork. There are also some shelves for clothing.

Here is the futon when folded down.  It is a very comfortable futon.  Tenants of all ages find it comfortable. I have not had any complaints about the mattresses.

This apartment was purchased by the owners as an investment, so you will not have to deal with other people's belongings. You will be able to fill the closets and cabinets with your stuff. The baskets and blue drawers pictured above are empty. Each closet has a light.
